Social Club seating
Social Club members have the option of either upgrading their entry to a Reserved Seat ticket via Ticketmaster in A32 or A33 (subject to capacity) during the member on-sale for specific games or use their Mobile Membership to enter the stadium and access a walk-up seat in Bay A34 (subject to availability).
Social Club facility
The best way to access the Social Club is by entering GMHBA Stadium via Gate 13 with your Mobile Membership, barcoded membership card, or Ticketmaster ticket (if you have upgraded your entry to a reserved seat) and make your way to the Social Club on level 2 via the elevator or lifts.
Entering and exiting the Social Club
As a Social Club member, you will be required to have your Mobile Membership, barcoded membership card, or Ticketmaster ticket (if you have upgraded your entry to a reserved seat) scanned when entering and exiting the Social Club room. Social Club guests will be required to have their Ticketmaster ticket scanned when entering and exiting the room. This new process has been introduced to ensure that the Social Club facilities are enjoyed exclusively by Social Club members and their paying guests.
For seamless entry to and exit from the room, we kindly ask that you have your ticket ready for scanning. If you have any feedback about the process, please discuss directly with Geelong Cats Membership Services staff at the entrance to the Social Club.
We will continue to gather feedback throughout the season to ensure we can improve this process for Social Club members into the future.
Social Club Members have two options for seating at GMHBA Stadium.
Option 1: Pre-Book a reserved seat ticket via Ticketmaster
Social Club Members have the option to pre-book a reserved seat in either A32 or A33 within the Social Club (subject to availability) at no cost via Ticketmaster during member on-sales for individual home games. The A32 and A33 are inclusive of both undercover and open seating (refer to the map below).
Members will receive an email prior to a member on-sale to advise all the details needed to reserve a ticket, including the on-sale date and time, ticket purchase link and your barcode number.
Reserved seating will be issued on a first-in basis from the on-sale start time. Seats will be prioritised from the back rows and then forward.
Up to 10 seats can be reserved per transaction, inclusive of guest tickets (subject to availability). You require the 12-digit barcode number for each Social Club Member you are reserving tickets on behalf of.
We recommend you treat the on-sale like any other major ticketing event. This means logging into your Ticketmaster account and having all barcodes you wish to redeem copied (one barcode per line) and ready to paste into the box under ‘Unlock Member Tickets’ once on-sale starts.
Option 2: Scan your Membership at the gate for 'walk-up' seating
If you prefer not to pre-book a reserved seat or cannot access a reserved seat via Ticketmaster, you can scan your Mobile Membership or barcoded physical membership card on the day of the game and access a seat in bay A34 (refer to the map below). All seats in Bay A34 (undercover and open seating) are available for walk-up on a first-in basis (subject to availability).
Social Club Seating Plan
Social Club Member reserved seat tickets and Guest Passes in bays A32 and A33 will be available on the dates below for individual home games via Ticketmaster.
Remember you don’t have to reserve a seat. As a Social Club Member, you can scan your membership at the gate and access walk-up seating in A34 (subject to availability).
