What is Facial Recognition?
Member Express Entry utilises facial authentication technology, providing members who choose to opt-in with a faster entry. By opting in your face will be your ticket to enter the venue.
What are the benefits?
Faster Entry - No more searching for tickets on your phone, your face is your ticket! Skip the queue and get to your seat sooner. Enjoy the atmosphere, catch up with friends, and settle in before the first bounce.
Sign Up Once - Using the email linked to your membership account, register once* and you're set for every home match at GMHBA stadium in 2026.
* Note, you will need to sign up again for the following season as your data will only be held until the end of the 2026 AFL and AFLW seasons, 31 December 2026.
Seamless for families and groups - If you have multiple membership tickets, you are your ticket for your entire group. With a single registration, you can bring all members in your account through the DiDi Members' Express Lane. Your party enters with you!
Do you have to enrol?
No, it is completely your choice to enrol into our Didi Member Express program. If your preference is not to opt-in the DiDi Express Members' Lane, you can continue to download your ticket and add to your smartphone wallet via the Geelong Cats App.
You are also welcome to opt-in to the DiDi Express Members' Lane at any time this season, if you would like to utilise it in future rounds.

Enter the Stadium
Head to Gate 1, 6 or 13 to use the DiDi Express Members' Lane entrance.
Where can you find the DiDi Member's Express Lanes?
The Didi Member Express Lane is at Gate 1, Gate 13 & Gate 6 at GMHBA Stadium as seen below on the stadium map.
No longer want to use facial recognition?
You can opt out at any time by emailing your opt-out request to access-optout@wicketsoft.com with the subject line: Face Recognition opt-out.
Does DiDi get access to my data?
No, your data will not be shared with our partners. By opting into Didi Member Express, you may receive additional offers and promotions from the club on behalf of our Member Partner Didi. However, you may opt out of these promotions at any time.
