WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP PACK?
In 2021 we have a change in timeline for your membership pack due to COVID-19. All membership packs and vouchers will begin to be distributed in February 2021 and you can expect your Membership Pack to be shipped out 4-6 weeks from date of purchase.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
We want to provide our Members with as many payment options for their Membership Packages as possible, and let you chose the option that best works for you!
These options include Payment Plan, cash, credit card (MasterCard and Visa), EFTPOS, cheque or money order.
There are a number of ways to make your payment, including online via your MyCATS account, in person, via phone or mail.

CAN I PAY MY MEMBERSHIP OFF OVER THE SEASON?
Our Payment Plan has been designed to make your Membership renewal easier and more manageable.
Signing up to our Payment Plan means your Membership automatically renews each season, without you lifting a finger!
It also gives you the option to pay your full Membership at the time of purchase or split the payment into instalments over a number of months - making it more affordable.
If you choose to use the instalment method, the first instalment will be paid at the time of purchase, with the next taken January 2021 through to September 2021 (4th of each month).

CAN MY MEMBERSHIP BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED EACH SEASON?
Absolutely! Our Payment Plan allows our Members to have the opportunity to automatically renew their Membership each season, without you doing a thing. WHAT IDENTIFICATION DO I NEED TO BECOME A CONCESSION OR YOUTH CONCESSION MEMBER?
Getting a Concession or Junior Membership is easy.
Simply provide a copy of your valid Concession card to Membership Services when purchasing your membership or alternatively email a copy of your concession ID to membership@geelongcats.com.au.
Keep in mind that you will still need to bring your Concession card along with your Membership to the games to gain entry.
Concession memberships purchased without proof of concession will be accepted, however Memberships will not be fulfilled or posted until concession ID has been sighted by Membership Services.

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP?
Anyone aged 14 years and under as of the 1st of January 2021 is eligible for a Junior Membership. All Junior Members are required to provide their date of birth when signing up for their Membership.
HOW IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION USED BY THE GEELONG CATS?
All personal information you provide will be used by Geelong Cats and the AFL in accordance with the AFL & AFL Clubs’ Privacy Policy available by clicking here. By providing your personal information, you agree to such use by the Geelong Football Club and the AFL.

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING AT THE GEELONG CATS?
Members who have a valid email address will receive regular emails from the club including Cats Wrap (news-based email), Match Day Guide (in home game weeks), Team Selection, as well as event promotions, Member offers, announcements and Cats Shop promotions.

WHERE DO I GO IF I HAVE A QUESTION ON GAME DAY AT GMHBA STADIUM?
The Geelong Cats have several customer service staff positioned around the stadium on game day. Should you have any specific Membership enquiries, please visit the Membership Services team in the Charles Brownlow Stand, or Gate 13 ticketing box.
HOW CAN I BOOK A RESERVED SEAT AT A GMHBA STADIUM MATCH?
Members can upgrade to a Reserved Seat ticket per game at a reduced cost (subject to availability) via Ticketmaster, by calling 1300 136 122 or through any Ticketmaster outlet.
There are no additional transaction fees to upgrade to a Reserved Seat via Ticketmaster online prior to the game, so we encourage you pre-purchase to avoid disappointment (rather than waiting until on game day).
WILL MY MEMBERSHIP PROVIDE ME WITH ACCESS TO AWAY GAMES?
Only Melbourne, Melbourne 5 or Home & Away members have access to Geelong Cats away matches at the MCG and Marvel Stadium. All other Members are unable to scan in and are required to purchase a ticket to gain access.
WHERE DO MEMBERS SIT AT AWAY GAMES?
Melbourne, Melbourne 5 or Home & Away members have access to General Admission areas at Geelong Cats away matches in Melbourne. All other members are unable to scan in and are required to purchase a ticket to gain access. Please note there is no designated area for Geelong Cats members at away games, unless communicated with Members.
CAN I GIVE MY MEMBERSHIP TO A FRIEND TO ATTEND A GAME IN MY ABSENCE?
Yes, however if you hold a Concession or a Junior Membership, the person using the Membership must also qualify as a concession or junior to utilise the card.
CAN MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO ARE NOT MEMBERS SIT/STAND WITH ME?
Yes, providing you do not have a Reserved Seat at the ground. Non-Members will be required to purchase their Reserved Seat at the same time as the Member via the relevant ticketing agent. Alternatively you will be able to sit or stand together in the General Admission areas (subject to match category and availability).
HOW DO I BUY TICKETS FOR INTERSTATE GAMES?
Interstate Members will receive email correspondence where they are able to purchase entitled tickets to games in their home State. Alternatively, you can call Membership Services on 1300 462 287 or email membership@geelongcats.com.au to purchase a ticket. Cut off dates vary depending on match and ticketing availability.

Accessible/easy access seating can be obtained (subject to availability) through the relevant ticketing agent for each venue listed above. Members with companion cards must present the companion card when purchasing a ticket in order to obtain a second ticket for their companion at no charge.

The GMHBA Stadium Reserved Seat Package offers your very own Reserved Seat within the stadium, or our Geelong Social Club Membership provides access to the exclusive Geelong Social Club facilities and designated seating areas.

IF I REQUEST TO CHANGE MY SEATS, WILL I RETAIN MY CURRENT SEATS IF MY REQUEST IS UNSUCCESSFUL?
Yes, we will take payment for your current Membership and seating at the time of your request.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I’VE BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN CHANGING MY SEATS?
Seat changes for 2021 will occur at the time of an enquiry with a Membership Team representative.
CAN I TRANSFER MY SEAT TO ANOTHER PERSON?
Yes, you can. You must submit this request in writing, either on your renewal form or email, including the new seat holders’ details and payment information. The person receiving the seat must also link a valid membership to the seat.
A FAMILY MEMBER/FRIEND HAS PASSED AWAY AND HAS A SEAT. CAN THE SEAT BE TRANSFERRED TO SOMEBODY ELSE?
Yes, the executor must submit in writing, either on the renewal form or email, including the new seat holder’s details and payment information. The person receiving the seat must also link a valid Membership to the seat.
