Easy Pay

Easy Pay is the hassle free way to renew your Geelong Cats membership each year.

Choose to pay in full with an upfront plan, or across equal monthly instalments to make your membership more affordable. 

Memberships on an Easy Pay plan conveniently renew automatically each year, guaranteeing that you never miss out on your membership for the new season!   

There are no additional fees or charges when using an Easy Pay plan.

Members renewing or joining online can select an Easy Pay Upfront or Easy Pay Monthly plan during the checkout process.

If renewing or joining over the phone, advise your Customer Experience Officer of your preferred Easy Pay option and they will set up the plan when processing your membership.

* payments are processed on the 15th of the month, or the next business day, whichever is later. 

Additional plans may become available throughout the season. 

If you have opted into an Easy Pay plan your membership product(s) will automatically renew for the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season on 15 November 2024.

If you have selected an Easy Pay Upfront plan, your total membership fee will be deducted on the scheduled date.

If you have selected an Easy Pay monthly plan, your first monthly instalment will be deducted on the scheduled date. 

Selected membership packages can be changed before the season commences. Changes once the season has started may be limited. If you're looking to change your membership, get in touch with Membership Services to discuss available options.

Looking to change from Easy Pay monthly instalments to an upfront payment or vice versa? Contact Membership Services for assistance with Easy Pay changes. 

You can take advantage of Easy Pay at any time during the season. If you join using Easy Pay after December 15, your first payment amount will include the total of the monthly instalments that have passed to bring you in line with the Easy Pay monthly schedule.

For example if you purchase an Adult Flexi 6 Membership for $170 and opt into an Easy Pay monthly plan on January 30, you would pay $51 at the time of joining and then $17 per month from February 17 until August 15.

To enjoy your membership benefits without interruption it's important that you have a valid current credit card number and expiry as part of your Easy Pay plan. 

If you receive a new card, you can easily update your billing information online via your My Cats Account or by contacting Membership Services.

Members using an Easy Pay monthly plan must maintain their payments in line with the Easy Pay schedule. 

Having one or more outstanding instalments may result in a restriction of membership entitlements, including being unable to attend matches until payment has been made.

Payments can be made 24/7 online via your MyCats Account or by contacting Membership Services during opening hours.

If your payment declines, we will advise you via email, SMS, and phone.

Information relating to Easy Pay plans, including annual renewal rollover details, upcoming payment reminders, and declined payment alerts are communicated via email and SMS. 

You must have a valid and active email address listed on your membership account to use an Easy Pay plan. 

Members using Easy Pay will receive information on their membership for the new season (including membership fees) at least 30 days prior to the scheduled rollover date. 

If you do not wish for your membership to automatically renew after receiving this information, you can opt out of Easy Pay in writing via the Membership Services online enquiry form before the scheduled rollover date. 

If you missed the deadline to opt out before the auto rollover date and wish to request a refund, contact Membership Services prior to 5pm on Monday, November 11 2024 to be eligible for a full refund.
