WHAT IS SEAT FORWARD?
If you're a Season Reserved Seat Holder at GMHBA Stadium you have the option to forward your seat to family and friends to use for a selected game. This option allows family and friends to print out a ticket via email to use for the selected game so you don’t have to hand over your Membership card. Please note, Credit Rewards do not apply to seat forwarding.

 

HOW DO I FORWARD MY SEAT?
Please click the 'Instructions' tab above for step by step instructions on how to forward your seat through your MyCATS Account. Alternatively, please contact our Membership Services Team at membership@geelongcats.com.au or 1300 462 287 (between Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm).

Instructions

1. Log into your MyCATS Account

2. Click 'Manage my products'

 

3. Select match to transfer seat

 

4. Click ‘Transfer products’ and check the box for the seat you would like to transfer. Once you have selected the seat, click 'Transfer' in top right corner of screen

 

5. Confirm you have selected the correct seat and click 'Continue to transfer'

 

6. Enter contact information of transfer recipient

 

7. Confirm email reminder and price display options and click 'Next step’

 

8. Agree to terms and conditions and click 'Complete transfer'
