HOW DO I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE?
If you wish to change your Membership type i.e. from Home to Home & Away, to Adult to Concession, simply contact Membership Services before 5pm Thursday 15 November 2018 and our customer service team can assist you in making the change before the rollover occurs.
If you wish to change your season seat location or add season seats to your Membership package, please visit our website at for details on the process for the 2019 Season.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PLAN TYPE?
If you would like to change from the Upfront Plan (once-off payment in full) to the Monthly Plan (10 monthly instalments) – or vice versa, please refer to the Terms and Conditions on our website and advise the club via email firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone on 1300 46 22 87 by 5pm Thursday 15 November 2018.

HOW DO I OPT OUT OF THE AUTOMATIC ROLLOVER?
If you wish to OPT OUT of the automatic rollover, you must notify the club by 5pm Thursday 15 November 2018 via phone on 1300 46 2287, or complete the survey by clicking here
2019 Renewal Forms will be sent to Members who have opted out via the post. Should you choose to opt out of a Payment Plan rollover, you are only cancelling the annual automatic rollover by credit card, not your Membership. A 2019 Renewal Form will be sent to you via the post in late November for payment to be made.

WE ARE PAPERLESS!
2019 our Payment Plan renewal notifications will be paperless! Please ensure that you provide a valid email address by 31 July 2019 to receive your Payment Plan notification for 2020. You can send us an email to email@example.com or you can update your email address in your MyCATS Account online.

I AM A CONCESSION CARD HOLDER
All Cardholders must present a copy of their valid concession card to our Membership Services Team via email, mail or in person. A valid concession card or supporting documentation must show enrolment for 2019 (required for all Secondary and Tertiary Students) and full-time status (required for Tertiary students only). This can be provided in/after February if not available prior. Please refer to membership.geelongcats.com.au for eligibility details.
Pensioners and Veterans Affairs
All Cardholders must please present a copy of their valid Pension card or Veterans Affairs Card (dependents are not eligible) to our Membership Services Team via email, mail or in person. Please refer to membership.geelongcats.com.au for eligibility details.
If you have received notification from Geelong Cats that you are not required to provide concession identification for 2019, then please disregard this information.
