Geelong Social Club offers Geelong Cats most premium Membership match day experience. Geelong Social Club Members will have access to premium seating, exclusive bar and dining areas, plus much more!
The club is unable to offer Geelong Social Club Members access to facilities for away games. If you wish to book seats for these matches, please contact the appropriate ticket agent.
One benefit of being a Geelong Social Club Member is the ability to take guests with you to Geelong Cats home games.
Guest passes will only be sold subject to availability, as some matches will have a restricted allocation. Members will be fully responsible for the behavior of those who use their guest passes.
HOW TO PURCHASE

Guest passes can be purchased via the relevant ticket agent either online, by phone or at ticket agent outlets.
Please ensure you have your Geelong Social Club Membership card barcode number handy when purchasing guest passes (this can be found on the back of your Membership card).
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase a guest pass at the discounted Member price (i.e. Adult/Concession: $50, Junior: $21) your guest must scan into the venue using their eligible Geelong Cats Membership card. The guest pass does not provide access into the venue.
Your guest is then to display their guest ticket to access the Geelong Social Club seating and room once inside the venue.

*2018 Geelong Cats General Admission Members must scan their membership card at the gate for venue access. Then use the Geelong Social Club guest pass ticket to access the Geelong Social Club seating and bar & dining room.

Geelong Social Club seating is available on a first in basis located Level A within bays A32, A33 and A34 of the Charles Brownlow Stand. Geelong Social Club Members are unable to pre-reserve a seat for Simonds Stadium matches; therefore seating will be available on a “first come, first served” basis.
There is an even mix of premium undercover and non-undercover seating available for Geelong Social Club Members and their guests.
Geelong Social Club Members and their guests must be in attendance in order to occupy a seat. Members and/or guests are unable to reserve / “save” seats for patrons not in attendance of the venue. Event ushers will be monitoring seating areas for Members and/or guests not adhering to this.

Geelong Social Club seating at the MCG is located on level N (2) of the Great Southern Stand. Geelong Social Club Members are required to pre-book a reserved seat for themselves (at no cost*) and their guests via Ticketek. Please note walk up seating is not available for the MCG.
Seating on level N is premium undercover, with direct access to Hassett Room and Medallist Bar facilities. Please refer to the seating details when you pre-book your tickets via Ticketek for your reserved seat location.
Entry is via gate 4 or 5, please take the stairs or lift to Level N (Level 2) for access to seating.

Geelong Social Club seating at Etihad Stadium is located on Level 2. Geelong Social Club Members are required to pre-book a reserved seat for themselves (at no cost*) and their guests via Ticketmaster. Please note walk up seating is not available for Etihad Stadium.
Seating on Level 2 is premium undercover, with direct access to the Endeavour Room and other bar and dining facilities. Please refer to the seating details when you pre-book your ticket via Ticketmaster for your reserved seat location.
Entry is via gate 3 or 5, please take the stairs or lift to Level 2.

To make a reservation for the Geelong Social Club Dining Room on match days at Simonds Stadium, please complete the fields below. You'll receive a confirmation email and an SMS with further instructions in the lead up to your confirmed booking.
Please note: Bookings for future rounds will be open from 9am each Monday in the lead up to the match.

Geelong Social Club Members must present, and have visible at all times, their Membership card and lanyard for access into the Geelong Social Club bar and dining areas. Guest pass holders must present, and have visible at all times, their valid guest pass ticket for access into the Geelong Social Club bar and dining areas. This requirement applies to all home games at Simonds Stadium, Etihad Stadium and MCG.
Bar and dining areas will be available from the gate opening time specific to each game (approximately two hours before first bounce). The bar area will be open for at least one hour after the final siren.
Geelong Social Club Members and their guests will have exclusive access to bar and dining facilities in the Endeavour Room, located behind aisle 44/45 on Level 2. Enter via Gate 4, take lift to Level D, Endeavour Room. Alternatively the Livewire bar and Arena View restaurant, located on Level 2, are a short walk from your seats.
The dress code within the Geelong Social Club at Simonds Stadium, MCG and Etihad Stadium is smart casual (no shorts, no thongs, no ripped jeans. Jacket and tie optional. Ladies accordingly).
The Geelong Social Club is currently at capacity and there is a waitlist in place.
How to join the Geelong Social Club Membership waiting list?
To join the Geelong Social Club waitlist, please contact Membership Services 1300 462 287 or email@example.com. In order to join the Geelong Social Club waitlist, you must be a current Geelong Cats Member and continue to be a Geelong Cats Member throughout the duration of time you are on the waitlist.
How long must I wait to be a member?
The number of waitlist candidates to be offered a Geelong Social Club Membership upon the conclusion of each Membership renewal period, is at the discretion of the club. Successful candidates will be notified if they are eligible for Geelong Social Club Membership before the commencement of the following season.
Due to a number of variable factors which are taken into consideration when determining new Member intakes each year, it is not possible to estimate the length of time a candidate remains on the waitlist for until they are offered membership.
As a Member of the Geelong Social Club, you will be asked to observe the principles of responsible consumption of alcohol. This will ensure a safe and friendly environment for all patrons and staff.
In association with the Liquor Licensing Commission and the Liquor Control Act the Club has adopted the following principles of responsible serving and consumption of alcohol that all patrons must adhere to:

According to local, state and federal law, the Geelong Cats has instigated a policy where the use of bad language or racist remarks will not be tolerated. All Members and their guests are required to behave appropriately whilst attending a match at Simonds Stadium. In the event of a complaint, the club will be forced to take action by removing the member or guest from the stadium and the Member may forfeit Geelong Social Club Membership privileges. Please note, unacceptable behaviour towards players, Geelong Cats staff, security, match-day attendants or other Geelong Social Club Members or guests will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or expulsion.
Please note: If you are bringing an opposition supporter in as a guest, please advise them it is a Geelong Cats area, and that unacceptable behaviour may lead to ejection.
For a breach of behavioural standards a verbal and/or written warning will be given. All verbal and written warnings will be placed on the Geelong Social Club Member’s permanent file. A maximum of three (3) warnings will be issued before the club will either have the membership card suspended or cancelled depending on the nature of events.
Should clarification be required on any Membership matter contained herein, please contact Membership Services on 1300 462 287. Should any problems arise at Simonds Stadium on match-days, please approach either the security staff or match-day attendant positioned nearest to you or visit our staff at the Membership Services counter.
Raffle may or may not be conducted on Home match days within the Geelong Social Club. The method of draw will be random, to give all an equal chance of winning. If the winner does not come forward within a reasonable amount of time following the announcement of the winning number a redraw must occur. Prizes are RRP values at $500 or less, no permit are required and purchasers details are not required according to the Victoria Commision for Gambling and Liquor Regulation.
GEELONG SOCIAL CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Please note, the following conditions apply to Geelong Social Club Membership in addition to the general Membership Guidelines:
Geelong Social Club Membership cards and lanyards must be displayed at all times on match days. Please ensure you have your Geelong Social Club Membership card and lanyard and your guests have their guest ticket visible when entering the seating, bar and dining areas of the Geelong Social Club.
Full Geelong Social Club Members are not eligible to have a season Simonds Stadium or Melbourne seat linked to their Geelong Social Club Membership. If they wish to hold a Simonds Stadium or Melbourne season seat they must take out a second Geelong Cats Home or Home & Away Membership.
Geelong Social Club Membership does not guarantee access to the Geelong Social Club area or seating within the Geelong Social Club. Access is always subject to capacity/availability. Geelong Social Club Members must follow arrangements as outlined in these guidelines or as communicated by the club
Abuse of Geelong Social Club Membership privileges against the Geelong Social Club guidelines will lead to the forfeiture of these privileges.
Juniors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times with the Geelong Social Club bar and dining areas at Simonds Stadium, MCG and Etihad Stadium.
Please be advised that spouse passes are no longer available.
Geelong Social Club renewals are offered subject to availability and Geelong Cats will endeavour to offer renewal in each year to those who have held Geelong Social Club Membership in the previous year. This offer will be at the discretion of Geelong Cats and is not guaranteed. Should the Geelong Cats not be able to offer Geelong Social Club renewal, the option of alternative Membership may be offered at Geelong Cats discretion. Renewal notifications for Geelong Social Club Membership will be sent to the registered email address of the member in November of each year. It is the responsibility of the Member to follow up renewal notifications which may not have been received. They also must ensure the Geelong Cats has a valid email address and correct contact details at all times.
The Geelong Cats will issue all Geelong Social Club Members with a combined Geelong Social Club and Geelong Cats Membership card, with the exception of AFL Members who will receive a separate Geelong Social Club card from the Club and their AFL Club Support Membership card from the AFL. AFL Club Support Members must use the Membership card issued by Geelong Cats to enter the ground as your AFL barcode/card is invalid for entry at Simonds Stadium.
